Eisteddfod by the Bay Junior Vocal

Use the form below to submit your details for the Eisteddfod by the Bay Junior Vocal, and use the relevant buttons to upload your sheet music. Once sheet music has been submitted, use the button at the bottom of the page to book a rehearsal if you wish. 

 

In accordance with the rules outlined by the Eisteddfod by the Bay, sheet music must be submitted a minimum of 21 days before performance. Only music submitted before the 14th of July 2024 will be accepted.

Please ensure your music is a high-quality scan, with no missing measures or lines, in the correct key. Any cuts must be clearly marked on the score, along with any other amendments made to the written score.

Please only upload one file into each Dropbox folder.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE UPLOADING:
When the DropBox submission requests your name, please enter the name of the competitor as entered with the Eisteddfod, not a Parent or Guardian's name.
You will need to be logged out of your Dropbox account to do this.
Please also ensure the PDF you upload is titled the name of the piece.
Please only upload one complete PDF per section, any multiple seperate pages or photos will be rejected and deleted from the Dropbox.

PLEASE READ
For an event like an eisteddfod, a 15 minute rehearsal for 1 to 2 songs is more than enough time. An audio recording may also be taken of the rehearsal for home use.
Please ensure you come to your rehearsal prepared, knowing your songs very well. 

Due to limited availability, one rehearsal is allocated per competitor. Additional rehearsals booked for a single competitor will be cancelled and refunded. 
Should a second be required, this will be discussed at the conclusion of the initial rehearsal. 

Clients who book more time than required will have additional booking time cancelled and refunded. 

TIMINGS:
1 song: 15 Minutes
2 Songs: 20 Minutes
3 or more: 30 Minutes

Specific detail will be emailed 24 hours prior.
